How it works
Contact us via email or by using our contact button below and attach the documents you would like to have edited. If you are seeking a Custom Specialist service contract, please describe your proposed project by email prior to attaching any documents. You will be advised for how to proceed by email based on your specific project needs.
After we receive your email and attached documentation, we will review and evaluate the material. Based on the level of editing and contract processing required, it will fall within one of two service categories:
1. Native Professional @ $0.12 US dollar per word; or
2. Advanced Native Professional @ $0.15 US dollar per word.
If we have accepted the work, we will contact you with the total estimated fee for required services for your review. If you accept the services and fee estimate, we can move on to the next step.
3 Initial invoice
We will send you an invoice for 50% of the total fee to be paid before we begin our services. Once we have received payment, you will receive a confirmation email. After confirmation, we will begin editing your documents for professional communication.
4 Return of Edited Documents
Once we have finished editing your documents, we will send them back to you for your review to make sure you are completely satisfied.
5 Final invoice
Lastly, we will send you an invoice for the remaining 50% of the total fee for our services. Once we have received payment, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt for paid services.
